All Purchases Are Final
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our products, all purchases made through WonderEbooks are final.
Except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law, we do not provide refunds, cancellations, exchanges, replacements, credits, or returns after a purchase has been successfully completed.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

Duplicate Purchases
Customers are responsible for checking their order before completing payment. Duplicate purchases, accidental purchases, or purchases made using the wrong account or email address are not ordinarily eligible for refunds.
Download and Access Issues
If you have successfully purchased a product but experience a genuine technical problem preventing access to the purchased product, please contact us at support@wonderebooks.com.
Where technically possible and appropriate, we may assist you in restoring access or providing an alternative method of accessing the product. Providing technical assistance does not constitute a refund or create a general refund right.
